Refunds are issued back to the source for prepaid order and as store credit for COD orders. Will be processed with 7 days of received returned items.

Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue

Partial Payment on COD Orders: For COD orders above ₹5,000, a non-refundable advance of ₹200 is collected at the time of placing the order. If the package is not accepted at the time of delivery, this ₹200 payment will not be refunded.

Exchanges: Allowed once per order for size issues. For an item with with equal or higher than the returned item. Exchanged items are not eligible for return.

Returns: We deduct a flat ₹100 shipping fee from your refund value for returns
