Refund policy

Please read carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility & General Rules

Timeframe: Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. They must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

Smell & Stains: Any item with odours (perfume/sweat) or stains (makeup/deodorant) will be rejected.

International Orders: Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders. All international sales are final.

2. Refunds 

Refunds are issued back to Source account for prepaid orders and as Store credit for COD orders. Refund will be processed with 7 business days from the date receiving returned items. 

Value: The refund issued will be the value of the returned item minus shipping charges, any applicable taxes, fees and/or reverse pickup fees.

Validity: Store credits are valid for 1 Year from the date of issue.

COD Orders: Store credit cannot be applied to future Cash on Delivery orders.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed once per order for the following reasons only:

Size issues, Wrong product received, Damaged product received (reported within 24 hours with video proof).

Value: Exchange items must be of equal or higher value.

Availability: If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue Store Credit instead.

4. Quality Check (QC) & Damages

The Process: All returns undergo a quality check at our facility. If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or poor hygiene, the return will be refused.

Damaged on Arrival: If you receive a damaged product, you must provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened. This must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Without this video, damage claims cannot be processed.

5. Shipping & Reverse Pickup

For Exchanges: Reverse pickup is Free.

For Returns: A flat fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your Store Credit refund amount.

Failed Deliveries: If an order is returned to us due to, incorrect address, or unreachable phone number, we will deduct ₹100 for shipping costs before issuing the refund. 

Pickup Failures: If a pickup fails, report it to us within 10 days or the request will be cancelled.

Self-Shipment: If reverse pickup isn't available in your pin code, you must ship the return to us at your own cost.

Note: For self-shipped returns, we are not responsible for lost packages. You must provide valid tracking and share the tracking number immediately upon dispatch.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items bought during special sales.
Items bought with free product offers.
Customised or altered items.

All requests must be raised via the Return/Exchange page on our website. Requests via phone, email, Instagram DMs, or WhatsApp will not be accepted.
