1. General Policy & Eligibility
Policy Acceptance and Updates
Agreement: Placing an order signifies agreement to all terms in this policy.
Policy Changes: Hello June reserves the right to change, modify, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Business Days: Refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Official Request Channel: All return and exchange requests must be raised through the exchange/return page on the website. Requests submitted via email, social media chat (Facebook/Instagram), or phone call will not be accepted.
General Eligibility Criteria (Applies to both Returns and Exchanges)
Initiation Window: Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Item: Items must be returned in their original, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, free from any odors (including sweat or perfume) or stains (such as make-up, deodorant marks, or dirt).
Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
Handling Damage: Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, ironing, or other handling mistakes will make the item ineligible for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for following all care instructions.
Quality Check (QC): All returned items will undergo a quality check upon receipt at our facility.
Acceptance of the return will be informed via email within 24 hours of receiving the package.
If products are returned in poor condition, clearly worn, or exhibit signs of wear or poor hygiene (such as odors or stains), the return will be refused. We reserve the right to refuse returns suspected of fraudulent activity.
Defective or Damaged Products
Reporting Time: Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Mandatory Photo/Video Proof: In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product, it is mandatory that you provide a video showing the opening of our package, ensuring a clear and visible view of the product's condition at the time of unpacking. this evidence is essential for resolving such claims.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are provided only under the following conditions:
- A genuine sizing issue related to the original order.
- The garment was received in damaged conditions (must be reported within 24 hours with video proof).
- A wrong product was delivered.
Exchange Terms
Limit: Only one exchange is allowed per order. Any subsequent requests for the same order will not be accommodated.
Value: Exchange requests are valid for items with a value equal to or higher than the returned item.
Discounts: No discount will be given on exchange orders.
Exchange Fulfilment: Once the returned item passes the quality check, the replacement product will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Out of Stock: In cases where the item requested for exchange is out of stock, customers may opt for store credit.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Refund Methods & Processing
Prepaid Orders (Online Payments): The refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7-10 working days from the date of receiving the return items for the refund to be processed and the amount to reflect in your bank account.
Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders: Only store credit will be provided.
Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges and other processing charges are not refundable.
Store Credit Details
Store credits are issued in the form of a coupon code, equal to the value of the returned goods minus any shipping, cash on delivery, and other transaction charges.
Validity: Store credits issued will have a validity of 1 Year from the date of issuing.
Finality: Once you have opted for store credit, you cannot subsequently opt for a direct refund to your source account.
COD Redemptions: Store credit redemptions are not eligible for COD orders.
4. Shipping & Fees
Reverse Pick-Up Service
Exchanges are Free: Reverse pick-up service for a valid exchange request is provided at no additional cost to the customer.
Fee for Returns: For return requests (seeking a refund or store credit), a nominal reverse shipment fee of ₹150 per order will be applied.
Fee Deduction: This return fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Availability: Reverse pick-up service availability may vary based on your pin code.
Failure Reporting: A reverse pickup failure must be reported to us within TEN (10) days of the last attempted pickup to avoid the automatic cancellation of the return request.
Self-Shipment (If Reverse Pickup is Unavailable)
Cost: If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost. In this case, the logistic charges will have to be borne by the customer.
Tracking Requirement: Customers are required to share the shipping tracking information with us immediately after the shipment is sent to ensure faster processing of refunds.
Accountability for Loss: If the required tracking information is not provided and the package is subsequently lost in transit, Hello June cannot be held accountable for the lost goods, and the refund will not be processed.
